In the video below, I am showing where it says that carries corn, and then show the amount of corn in the farm warehouse, then we activate the route, where the tractor goes up to the warehouse, and is stopped, and this time do not carry anything. so will load if I press "R" and select the corn and begin charging, however this process should not be automatic. Or something I'm doing wrong, if I am wrong please let me know how to do.

in this mode, the course have to start at the loading point as @PTAzores mentioned, then it works properly...try out and report...

Ok Beauty thus worked yes, but ...

I always put the trucks, in the factories, and go up to the warehouse to pick up, not have to do it the same as it did in FS2013? So that I would send the truck regarding the grains that have promotion.

Nothing have changed in how this is done from FS13 to FS15. Maybe you should try read the manual, since it have been updated to how things are done in FS15 ;) http://courseplay.github.io/courseplay/en/manual/index.html#intro

The Change is that the silos in 13 started unloading as soon as there was a trailer underneath. So it worked in your way at waiting points, but now we force the silo to load but at the starting point only...

Exactly that. In 13 so you passed the silo it automatically began to download, but now we have a trigger to do this. I wonder if you guys could do that trigger the holding point and not at the starting point. It is only that. Stay there my suggestion.

I will vote for the starting point solution, as you often need the space to start the route. If you load at the stop point you will move the starting point ahead, and will in many maps not get enough space for a turn after loading.

we have discussed this issue and the conclusion is, that the mode "load at first waypoint" should keep it's name and it's function. so I will close this issue now. Thanks for your support...
