Update groups/groups.class.php #101

bp_groups_setup_nav action is part of the default theme I suspect as it's not present on my install of 1.6.4 and we don't use the default theme. changing it to bp_init did the trick, so I'm offering it up as a change. Without it, it would just 404.

Thank you for the PR. I will ask you for some time till I get this merged. My plans are to update BuddyPress Courseware in nearest future so that it is compatible with BuddyPress 1.7 and should also fix smaller issues like the one you described.

This is embarrassing, but I'm sorry for all the delay. @sboisvert there's finally a PR (#123) that brings support to the newer BuddyPress. I'm closing this in favor of it.
