Latest assignments on course page #30

Add a widget or something like that with the latest assignments for every course.

Course page has a hook now, so any developer can implement this. In the latest codebase, the Course page is pretty populated with information of all kind, I don't see a reason to add more stuff there.

Also, latest assignments are available from Student/Teacher dashboard. So I mark this as invalid.
