Generate the files required for translation, maybe setup a GlotPress.

hey, I also had the idea to try out glotpress for plugins translation sometime ago but still haven't had time for it. If you give it a try please tell me how do you find it.

We are using glotpress for romanian localization on ro.wordpress.com, it's great software but it needs some more time to get mature.
