Hi! For the confirmation Email sent to parents after they request a mentor ("You will be contacted within 24 hours" or something that) can you add this text as the last sentence:
“If this is your third time requesting a mentor and have not received a response from your prior mentors - please fill out this form and we will directly match you.”
"Our CovEd Coordinators Team is here to help ensure that you are matched with a mentor that fits your subject needs and interests. If you have requested 2 or more mentors and not received a response from them - please fill out this form and we will directly match you."
