Document and contrast with other SSA packages #7

As a good faith effort, we should list out other SSA (Python) packages, and contrast what features we do or do not support. Even if we're not shipping the most competitive library, we can at the very least serve as a resource for those needing a tool.

Why not ship the most competitive library? I think we can do it : )

But yeah, agreed on this point. Let's take a look.
