This PR adds a couple more analysis scripts for replisome-RNAP collisions. The first one compares the number of codirectional/headon collisions per simulated cell between two different sets of simulations. The second one plots the location of the collisions on a circular genome using polar coordinates (thanks @Robotato for the code!). Samples of the two plots are attached below.
