This PR adds more ribosomal proteins to the balanced_translation_efficiencies.tsv file to balance out translation efficiencies for more ribosomal proteins whose encoding genes belong to the same operon. The goal is to help the simulations achieve more balanced production of ribosomal proteins when we are running simulations with operons. I may need to add more ribosomal proteins to this list depending on future needs.
