This PR adds a new comparison analysis script for the densities of RNA polymerases (as measured by the average distance between adjacent RNAPs assuming that the RNAPs are evenly distributed throughout the simulation time) on rRNA operons. The dashed red line indicates the lower limit for this distance we use in our simulations (which should be equal to the footprint size of RNAPs). Sample plot shown below:
