This fixes some bugs in the rRNA operon orientation variant and makes some cosmetic changes to the plots used to analyze this variant. Before this PR, the rRNA operons on the left side of the chromosome (with negative replication coordinates) were not being reversed in place, and the locations of genes within all rRNA operons were not being reversed.
