This pull requests adds:

PlatformIO project
Tests to verify the correctness of the exposure notification library
A test and a build workflow with status badges in the README.md

This pull requests removes:

Support for manual builds

@olafland You wrote that Zephyr 2.3 was needed. Do you remember why this was the case?
Do we want to still support manual builds?

Manual builds were for playing with sending two kinds of advertisements. However, I could not get it to work well, so it is probably not required anymore, nothing else requesters it (such as us needing a newer version of MbedTLS).

regarding the manual builds: I am quite flexible here, if dropping manual builds makes things easier, this is fine with me
