Changelog box in Methods page #3

Add a scrollable box at top of Methods page.

Date and description of change in methodology to be listed there.

Rt methodology updated for latest delay data sourced from AIIMS New Delhi. Starting Rt code runs from 1 July 2020.

Delay from symptom onset to confirmation Mean, SD: 3.938, 3.001 days Median, IQR: 3.000, 3.750 days Gamma distributed with shape 2.29 (stderror 0.30) and rate 0.58 (stderror 0.09).

Not published yet. Raw data can not be disclosed as of now due to patient privacy policy at AIIMS Delhi.
