CO2 solution fails if segments to long #9

For cases where single conduit segment was too long (e.g. > exchange length scale) CO2 solution overshoots and becomes unstable.

Fixed this by using analytical solution within segments that have large changes in CO2. 11b222ab9784b389d0e5415aa80ffe83b4c28de8
