Question related to console bans #27

Is it possible to use this in LAN mode with a non-modded switch without getting banned? For example, it is possible to create a LAN wi-fi room in my real switch and join it using Ryujinx, but is it possible to use the patches and play together without getting banned?

Sorry, I can't offer advice on this, as I don't know how they treats Telemetry from a real device.
