With the Offline Lobby patch it is possible to use the terminal, but the replay feature cannot be used and will show an infinite loading.
The game has a cache folder that can be extracted with jksv with replay files and metadata, I don't know if it's possible to bypass that loading since the game might need extra information from the servers but if it is then it would allow the loading of old replay files on old versions, and would allow loading of replays once the servers gets shutdown.
