Nameless Trinket tooltip disappears on SHIFT press #76

I have SHARKIE's Medieval Minecraft Modpack for 1.18.2 on Forge, with some added mods of my personal choice. As I set it up, everything was perfect. I don't play Minecraft for a week or so, and when I come back I have this new issue that seems to have started for no reason. Whenever I press the shift key to display the Nameless Trinket functions, the entire tooltip disappears now when before it was working fine. I haven't added anything new, nor taken anything away. The current NT mod version I am using is the most recent one, 1.18.2-1.7.5. As well as ExpandAbility is the most recent/only version for 1.18.2.

Update: Upon looking closer in the problem, it's not all Trinkets that suffer from the SHIFT key press problem, only a few. The full list of Trinkets are the Broken Ankh, Experience Magnet, Rage Mind, Blindfold, Explotion-proof Jacket, Cracked Crown, Ghast Eye, Wooden Stick, Sigil of Baphomet, Creeper Sense, God's Crown, Amphibious Hands, Gills, Etheral Wings, Electric Paddle, Fractured Nullstone, Minor's Soul, Pocket Lightning Rod, Fragile Cloud, Scarab Amulet, Fate Emerald, Light Gloves, Dragon's Eye, and Four Leaf Clover. I gues it's more aaccurate to say that it's most Trinkets who suffer from this issue then.

Update to the update: I figured it out. After testing every single mod and config I have, I figured out the problem is caused by the Undead Unleashed mod.
