Fan speed control #231

I installed the latest HWMonitor and FakeSMC using Mavericks installed on GA H77n Wifi but the fan speed control has no effect on the speed of the CPU fan. I use a Zalman CPNS 8900. The controls appear when i hover over and the fan speed itself seems correct (as read in BIOS)but I'd just like it to be a bit lower than 1070 rpm when idle. Idle temps are around 27 -30 C and only get up to 40 on full load.

Same thing - FakeSMC 6.8.1307 installed with MultiBeast 6.3.1. In my case the problem is I have to perform some computations and the temperature is already 88C while the CPU Fan stays at 1080-ish.

Had the same issue with Mavericks - had to go back to 6.2.1207 and it was ok again with CPU Fans. But that version does not seem to work with Yosemite. Guys - what have you changed between 6.2 and 6.3 (basically 6.2 was the newest one that worked) that broke this CPU Fan control ?
