Seems you have unsupported monitoring chip or no temperature monitoring at all on you card. As I remember it was possible with cards from some vendors with custom monitoring sensor chip or they just disabled temperature monitoring because of passive cooling etc.

1 Time started the sensors (Release Version) but next restart turns off and not going so i'm think this Card has sensors and the monitoring chip is good

I know about it. You always starting it after GPU drivers initialized. The same thing I should implement in my driver also getting on to account newer GPUs that require memory maped before initialization of GPU drivers or it will fail to read bios.
