AOF2 (JPN) , TMNT IV (USA) and Fatal fury 2 USA)

PS4 slim, fw9.0, psnes 6.3, bug with/ without filters.

Hi, at least they works fine on linux, so it should be fixable. Will take a look asap (could take some time as i can't easily develop on the ps4, maybe this week-end.
