Add 3ds support #54

Can you please try adding support for 3ds platform too since you support the Nintendo switch New 2DS-XL and New 3DS are faster than vita in my benchmarks. They would make a perfect candidate for nes and snes since no up2date cores exist for them on this platform. Also If you are interested for testers am available for anything requested

Can you update on this? Was there any progress or was this depreciated? I would be extremely happy if there an emulator that runs Arcades better on the 3DS. Same with PS1 and N64 (Daedalus is sadly abandoned...)
