Support for New Settings in DS RC5 & ISO Loader 0.8.x #10

SWAT has released a new version of DreamShell and the ISO Loader with new settings for IRQ, CDDA, and "low-level" modes. It would be awesome if you could add these to RetroDream.

I'm actually working on the update, but unfortunately i do not own a modded DC anymore, so it will take some time.

Hello I was just about to ask about emulation of the vmc that as been released in dreamshell cause I would love something like that in retrodream if u need any testers let me now and I will test for u and I have a ide modded Dreamcast but it as a normal Bois chip
