While looking into possibilities for #370, it seems that some of the staff items are missing the attack modifiers, as well as quarterstaff damage items, which help the work around of leaving it as a staff, but changing it to a melee weapon when adding it so that the user does not have to add the information themselves
While this is not a great solution, it may be the best that can be done with only having control of the data
