Fixed several compendium compilation errors and some more QOL #411

Commit log pretty much describes the changes. Aside from fixing a broken script that was putting each subclass info into every unique class object (option -s usable), I also (re)marked homebrew content and mystic class so that exclude option would actually exclude all of the content. Especially there was a problem with those spells, spell lists and pseudospells. Also fixed Warlock's invocations not being marked as inlined list, and made Metamagic same kind of option (inlined list/pseudospell).

I don't understand why in spells/Player's Handbook.xml some spells are marked with Artificer. Seems like some error, but what kind?
