[ENH] Option for hoppers too with faster furnaces & brewing stands #4

With the changes to the processing speed of furnaces and brewing stands, they are no longer in sync with the default hopper cooldown/processing duration. It's easy to clog up an automated system by changing the producer side (eg the furnace) and not the consumer side (eg the hopper).

Would it be possible to include a tweak to the default hopper cooldown as well? This way, both sides' timings can be kept in sync; for instance, if I make my furnaces 4x faster, I can decrease the hopper cooldown as well so they can keep up...
