Description

Added content for the Conditions accessory articles

Additional information - Sections on bool types, bool I/O, and int<->bool conversions (renamed as third lesson for Conditions)
Tips and style - Sections on always including braces, consistent indentation, brace styles, and keeping code simple]
Examples - Three examples, the Driver's License Oracle copy+pasted from the lesson, and two new one
