What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.add test file to Icarus
2.click start
3.Then I got this message:File 'EmplyBookTests.cs' is not supported by any 
installed test framework. It will be ignored.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
all test should pass, but there is no test runs

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows Server 2008, 64bit Galilio Icarus version 3.2, build 708

Please provide any additional information below.
At first, I run on Visual Studio 2010 with resharper, all tests are ignored,and 
skipped, not any error message. So I decided to run Icarus alone by adding test 
files, that is what I see error message. During adding files process, I 
experienced twice of Icarus crush

You need to load the compiled dll, not the C# source file.
