XML Request: Imperial Regiments

Set up Apparel for famous regiments like Krieg and Valhallan. These should be coats that can be worn over the Flak Armor.
Set up derivatives of the current IG pawnkinds (trooper, sergeant, commissar) that use the newly created Apparel (forced).
Set up the appropriate Subfaction PawnGroupMaker.
