Is there any instructions of how to use this?

It's mainly left as an exercise for the reader, because you need the original game files, and if you want to make any changes to this project you will need to understand the code. There's not a lot so make sure to read how it loads files and where it expects them. The original game files are archives and can simply be opened with something like 7z iirc (it's been a fair few years).
