Swedish Television SVT streaming does no longer work #119

The Swedish Television SVT has updated their streaming site and no files 
are appearing when choosing SVT from the XOT main menu.

The updated site is located at: http://svtplay.se/

Yes, I see it. A lot changed, so it will take some time to fix, or better say,
rewrite it.

I fixed it, but the characters are messed up. I did put it online (update via 
auto
updater). I will fix the characters later.
