Enhancement Request - Radio streams for XOT

Hi,

would it be something to add a Radio Stream feature in the XOT plugin. 

For example by adding the information from bigfoot: 

http://www.bigfoot87.com/xbmc/radiostreams/

May it be an idea to split up the main screen when launching XOT...to get the 
two 
choises of TV and RADIO...in that way, you can totally integrate this 
Or will you just add this as a "channel".
