Rapport on SVT doesn't work anymore. #183

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open the SVT channel.
2. Try to play the latest video in Rapport
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Rapport should start playing. Instead, nothing happens. If you wait a while 
after trying to play an item and then try to play it again, a window 
appears with the text "Playback failed. One or more items failed to play".

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v3.2.0b7

Please provide any additional information below.
