Enhancements to the Channel Updater

As of some minutes ago, I didn't know about the Channel Update right-click 
menu. Why? Well the first thing you do when you are controlling your HTPC via a 
remote is not right clicking. So I think that it would be awesome if you could 
set XOT to notify you when there is some channel updates available, it already 
seems it is checking for updates on start.

And a button for "Download all Updates" would also become handy.

Well: you get the context menu by pressing the default XBMC Context Menu button 
that you use on every other XBMC page. So that's no rocket science. 

Second: if you had read the XOT FAQ you would have known that there was such an 
option

Third: the channels in XOT do not have versions, so XOT cannot check if there 
are new channels available. Perhaps in the future this will change (perhaps I 
will use the default Repository feature for XBMC) but not for now. 

As there are very little channel updates, a select all button will not be 
implemented. You can just download each channel after the other and then 
restart XOT. 

Last: you do have a point that this feature is not very well know and perhaps I 
should change it, but how, I do not know yet. 

PS: if you call it "Enhancements to the Channel Updater" next time also make it 
a Issue Type: Enhancement.

True true.
I was looking for that option to set it as a Enhancement, but I couldn't find 
it? There were only a Summary field and a Description field :S

With XOT-Uzg.v3.2.3 the channel updating will be done by the Dharma updater. 
For XBOX no changes will be made.
