Did you search "All Issues" and not just the "Open Issues" to see if your
problems was already solved or discussed before? Yes

What channel are you trying to watch? Xot 3.2.8 wont work at all on
XBMC4XBOX-3.0.1-STABLE

What episode are you trying to watch? Anything

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? Xot starts loading, then
just stops.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Trying to start xot as a plugin or script
2.
3.

What version of XBMC are you using? On what operating system?
XBMC4XBOX-3.0.1-STABLE on my xbox

Please provide any additional information below.
Ive been using a version of xot that is like 1 year old, and it works
perfectly. But now i wanted to update to 3.2.8, and it does not work at all.
Ive installed it as a script AND a video plugin, but it simply does not work at
all. Its really strange. Ive downloaded net.rieter.xot-3.2.8.zip and unzipped
it on my computer, then ive unzipped it and transferred it to my xbox like I
always did with the old xot.

Please ATTACH a complete uzg.log or uzgplugin.log.

Could you attach a uzg.log, uzg plugin.log or a debug xbmc.log?

Did you by any chance look at this issue:
http://code.google.com/p/xot-uzg/issues/detail?id=276 and tried to see if that
fixes your problem?

I'm unable to install v3.2.11 and repository v1.01 on XBMC4XBOX rev31063 as a
plugin.
However this did work in the past.
Currently only the script version works.

I was able to open default.py in the net.rieter.xot folder and access the
settings with the XBMC File Browser, but I couldn't press save as the buttons
didn't react. Hence I can't provide your with logfiles.

well, on Xbox there is no repository! Did you read the installation
documentation? http://www.rieter.net/pages/XOT:Installation

Thank you for your prompt response!

Yes I have read the installation page, however it's not clear to me if
installation as a plugin is still supported for XBMC4Xbox.

I have tried to unzip the net.rieter.xot in the \Plugins\Video folder but was
unable to open XOT.

Script and Plugin are both supported for XBMC4Xbox. Just copy XOT-Uzg.v3 into
\Plugins\Video\. You should get an \Plugin\Video\net.rieter.xot\ folder.

Then it should appear under Videos.

I've reinstalled the latest XBMC build + deleted al cache folders.

I cleared cache folders as well. It now works like a charm!

Sorry for having troubled you with this..
