iRTL support on newer XBMC4Xbox versions #300

As far as I know newer XBMC4Xbox versions have an updated version of ffmpeg 
which should allow playback of iRTL streams. Currently iRTL is disabled for 
Xbox preventing usage on Xbox. Can you please revert this?

Ok, I will revert the changes. 

Could you test it to see if it really works? Just replace the original 
chn_rtlipad.py with the one I attached here. Please let me know the result.

Well, I'd be happy to test but there's seems to be a more general problem with 
iRTL at the moment since every stream seems to fail. I've obviously also tested 
this on my HTPC running a pre-Eden GIT version of XBMC (on Linux).

Just tested it. iRTL is working again, but not on Xbox just yet. For one you 
need to make 'dvdplayer' the default player for this channel (mplayer is 
obsolete and doesn't exist on mainline anyway). We (Team XBMC4Xbox) will try to 
resolve the rest, so please leave it enabled and set the correct default 
player. Thanks

Ok, I changed default player to DVD player. I added the file as attachement. I 
will enable it for Xbox again.

FYI: I've just fixed applehttp support on XBMC4Xbox which enables iRTL playback.
