Feature Request: Proxy settings with credentials #310

I'm subscribed to a proxy service to watch the UK channels and this service 
only works with a username and password. However, the proxy settings within 
XOT-UZG don't provide a way to input credentials. Streaming of UK channels is 
therefore not possible in this case.

Besides a proxy server and port can you please add a username and password 
option? It can be implemented in a way that when these fields are empty there 
will be no credential check.

Hi, I think I managed to add this. Could you please try this version (I removed 
the Stream channel because the upload limit is 10MB so backup your original XOT 
before testing this one).

The settings can be done via the addon settings.

Let me know if it works, if not, please attach an uzg.log (uzgplugin.log) and 
DEBUG xbmc.log.

I installed the version, filled in the credential and tested BBC1 to BBC4, 
BBC-HD and the iPlayer. all channels stream 100%. Thank you for this great and 
much needed addition!
