Mouse functionality #95

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 9 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 9 years ago
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Only use a mouse to navigate through XBMC
2. open plugin
3. It starts nice, but I can't select any channel by mouse. If keybord
connected [enter] works, but I would like to use mouse only.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I click, and click, any mouse button, no response

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
XOT-uzg V3, WinXP Home,

Please provide any additional information below.

Used eventghost now to emulate the 4th mouse button as 'select', this works, but
still it's strange that the left mouse button works as 'select' everywhere in
XBMC
except for xot-uzg

btw. also doesn't work in winxp pro. XBMC atlantis beta 2

XOT is absolutely not ready for Mouse clicks. It will in the future, but at this
time, I am running a bit low on time.

I just read this post on the XBMC forum. It is about mouse clicks in script. It
is
not well supported in XBMC at the moment. But it will come:

http://xbmc.org/forum/showthread.php?p=258364&posted=1#post258364

If it is there, I will update XOT for it.

Implemented with version 3.2.0b3. You need at least revision 17016 for XBMC to
make
it work.
