What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Pick Bard and Battle Song Expertise
2. Buy any Bard implement
3. Check any implement ability

What is the expected output? 
+1 Feat Implement bonus to attack rolls
What do you see instead?
Its not doing it, not showing

What version of the product are you using? 
CBLoader 1.3
On what operating system?
Win7
