Added additional dummy classes and finished removing Cauldron workarounds #19

I've attempted to simplify the remaining calls to runtime-added methods with dummy classes for Tessellator and EntityRenderer, eliminating the need for the CLTesselator and CLEntityRenderer interfaces. I would just add to the original classes instead of making these stubs, but I hear it's bad juju to put Minecraft source code on Github >.>

tbh, I'm not very clever... The only way I could give myself access to what I needed was the above code. What you wrote is much more idiomatic, and I think a preferred expression of what I was doing on the first place.

I like it. Also, thanks for those two spelling fixes :D
