quick fix so you can run the mod out of the development environment! :D

• added @ stuff like MCVersion to the loading plugin
• quick fix to the mappings
• added executable bit to gradlew (makes it easer for dev's running Linux)
• added comment to NameMapper about an idea for a long term fix! <-- pls see it!

This helps make the exports a little easier, and provides a way in which automatic mappings can occur in the future.... that'd be nice
