clear cache missing #29

I need to clear the cache for the website that's been displayed in the webslice but I didn't find any way

Do you need to really clear the cache, in a privacy feature way, or do you need to clear the cache to reload the page with new data (⇒ Force reload the page) ?
If it's the second case, you can force reload by doing ctrl+click reload in the context menu.

If it's the first case, I'm not sure I'll implement it, as I don't really see the use case. But I'm open to discussion :)

Moreover, I just remembered, but the cache is emptied every time you reboot (every time plasmashell restart to be more precise).
But if you have activated the option to save the data (to keep you logged in a service), you can go see and clear the cache by going to ~/.cache/plasmashell/QtWebEngine/
