For Seed Number : 720004329 Fungal Shift 2 is "" to acid ?

Yes, this means that the shift will have no effect. Another example is seed 800408629, the 9th shift will have no effect, unless you hold a flask.

this could definitely be clarified in your tool, although an edge case I suppose or this "issue" could be left in as a reminder, I dunno.
