Cleanup

[CraftedCart]

• Replaced #define int unsigned int with types.h, which contains typedef unsigned int uint
• Moved the RelType enum into it's own header (As you can't forward declare enums)
• Made Section::get_range return an array allocated on the heap, rather than on the stack and letting it go out-of-scope
• Added CMake build and uninstall scripts
