Add CI

[CraftSpider]

Currently, no testing is done on the repo to ensure it keeps up with dpy, and merges aren't checked

Tasks:

• [x] Add a simple set of tests with an example bot
• [x] Setup a .travis.yml
• [x] Make merges require passing tests
