Updated Enchantment Cap page to reflect the changes made to the system.
Specifically:
Removed reference to the Enchanter, since it hasn't worked in forever with no return in sight
Corrected process on how to enchant items with the higher tiered books
Swapped Ancient Coin references in the top part of the page and replaced them with "Upgrade Tokens" since there are many different types. I'm not sure what you call the new items internally, but it seemed to fit for now
Updated book repair. No one has confirmed if you use Ancient Coins for all repairs or if you use the corresponding item in a few days, so I just assumed you use the new item.
