[Enhancement] Allow Extractor, One Way, and Speed upgrades to stack into the same pipe #30

This would make things much easier. One could build an extractor that wouldn't allow things back into the inventory it's extracting from and could launch things at speed to begin with. Or, have recipe's that allow combining those upgrades into a super upgrade that can only be used in higher level pipes.
