Hi. Actually when you right-click the pipe that has processor inside it, the processor detaches. It's OK if you wanted to do this, but if this was caused by miss clicking, it isn't good. If you done this accidentally and want to repair your mechanism, you have to destroy the chest, collect lying items, again put the Extractor, place the chest and put items into it. I think a good idea is that you will need a special tool for detaching (perhaps using wrench, which you plan to add).
