Are cheaper to make, more readily available, have strictly better stats, etc. They do show up for me under (More options 2 / 3).
Separately, is there any easy way that on the screen: http://ffxivcrafting.com/equipment
once you click on Botany, it deselects Carpentry? It was initially confusing to me that I could select an entry in DoL/DoH/DoW/DoM and all appear to have an entry selected in each.
