show creature levels #389

add the level for each creature in the box, before or after the name.

This was in relation to the hunting log. Honestly nobody's really doing that on any resource I've found, so I can't really parse it. It's also kind of obvious that you should maybe do them in order, and/or the Rank closely aligns with what level you should be.
