The title and the description are both required when defining new tasks #87

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. create a new task
2. enter a title

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: I can create a task without a description
Actual: I am required to enter both a title and a description before the "OK" 
(or "save") button is enabled. This is hard to discover.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
