I think you have to remove some of the Bootstrap CSS declarations, because the whole WordPress layout is changed.

The font changes, additional paddings to radios and checkboxes, and a lot more...

Hey @tmconnect I am not done with this plugin. I'm going to be working more on it this week. I plan on removing as much bootstrap stuff as I can.

Howdy @strarsis! We're not sure development will continue on this module as we had to launch the project without it. Super open to PRs though! I'd love to pick it back up as well, just have to clean up the mountain of other things.
